Before you withdraw
Your winnings, cleared step by step
Answers the question almost every new spinner asks about money sitting in the balance.
Your £50 ceiling
Spins without deposit cap what leaves the account at £50, so anything above that figure stays behind however the reels behave during the round.
Stake ceiling at £6
Wagering the winnings allows stakes of £6 at most; a higher bet can void the balance, so keep every round inside that limit until the total clears.
Three-day wagering clock
Winnings have 3 days to meet their wagering, counted from the moment the spins are used. Unmet bonus money then leaves the balance without warning.
Locked money, free money
What the spins return lands as bonus money rather than cash, and it stays locked until the wagering total is reached on eligible slots.

Missing spins fix
Find the spins that never showed
Clears up the usual panic when the counter stays at zero after a code.
A method swap unlocks them
Funds sent by Skrill do not unlock this offer, so the code takes but no spins land. Make the next deposit with Visa or Trustly, then open the bonus section again.
One press still pending
Many codes credit nothing until you press activate on the bonus card itself. Open the bonus section, find the offer name and confirm it, and the spins appear straight away.
Used before, claimed now
Spins without deposit are tracked per player, address and household. If a friend or relative in the same home already used them, contact the support team to ask about your account.
One offer finishes, next begins
Goldenlion Casino holds new spins back while another bonus is still running. Finish or forfeit that one first, then activate 40ULTRAREELS and the counter fills.
You want the real number
The cash behind each spin
Take the spins, times the spin value, apply the slot's RTP to reach the expected win, then the wagering of that win. Estimates only, so the table carries the figures.

Free spins from code to cashout
Most players fear the spins will vanish or the winnings will be trapped; neither need happen.
Which offer still has time?
Start with the code you were given and note the slot and spin value it uses. Each offer expires after a set number of days, so pick one you can play now.
Where do the spins appear?
Open the bonus section of your account and enter the code there. It must be done inside the activation window of the offer, or the spins are never added.
Before you pay, after you pay
Where the offer needs a deposit, the minimum is £13 and Skrill does not count toward it. Pay with another method you have used in your own name.
Open only the named slot
Load the named slot and nothing else: the spins only show there, at the stake the offer fixes. Playing a different game leaves them unused.

What players ask about Goldenlion Casino free spins?
You will know exactly what activates the spins, where the money lands and what you can take out.
trustWhat if my spins never show after I sign up?+
Confirm your email and 10 spins worth £0.10 each land on Lucky Lightning, with winnings needing 10x play. Download the app instead and 20 spins at £0.20 per spin open on Lucky Leprechaun, carrying no wagering at all. Passing verification adds nothing extra, so it is a payout requirement rather than a spin source.
trustWhere is this operation licensed and under what number?+
Goldenlion Casino N.V. holds a Curaçao licence, number OGL/2009/1749/648, from the Gaming Control Board Curaçao. That regulator sits outside the United Kingdom, so no British Gambling Commission cover applies to this account. Check the terms yourself before you deposit anything.
trustWhy should I bother installing the app for spins?+
Every spin is played through the browser on a phone just as it is on a desktop, so no download is needed. The app version exists mainly to unlock 20 spins on Lucky Leprechaun at £0.20 each, and those carry no wagering. Keep within the £6 maximum bet per spin.
trustWhy can I not take the spin winnings out straight away?+
Spins arrive as bonus money, so cash only becomes withdrawable once the wagering is done. Clear 10x on 40ULTRAREELS winnings and the £50 cap applies, but 100 spins at 10x can grow past that ceiling. Requests then reach your chosen method in around 12 minutes.
trustWhen does the £50 cap on spin winnings stop applying?+
That ceiling belongs to the no-deposit offer 40ULTRAREELS, where 40 spins run at £0.20 and the house takes the risk without a penny from you. Wagering sits at 10x on winnings, with winnings withdrawable up to £50. The spins die after one day, the wagering after three.

High volatility at 96.5% suits patient play, and 63 spins at £0.20 each give Sugar Rush a proper run. 63 free spins · Welcome package · deposit 1; RTP 96.5%
Twenty spins at £0.20 each every Friday, with high volatility and 96.4% for players who like swings. 20 free spins · Spins on week days · Friday; RTP 96.4%
Nothing in a free spins offer asks you to deposit again or to keep spinning once the set runs out. Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, self-exclusion and reality checks all sit in your account, and GamCare, BeGambleAware and GAMSTOP are there when a limit is not enough.
Self-exclusion. Closes your account for a period you choose, blocking play and marketing across the brands that honour it.
Loss limits. Caps what you can lose or how long a session lasts, with a reminder when the mark is near.
Deposit limits. Sets a ceiling on money paid in over a day, week or month, so the pot refills only as you allow.
